Capacoty started as a side-project to fix the one part of OT practice nobody trains us for: writing the report. It's now a workspace for Australian OTs who'd rather see clients than format tables — across NDIS Functional Capacity, Home & Living, Assistive Technology, Complex Home Modifications, Progress Reports and Support at Home.
Speed never comes at the cost of clinical depth. Every section Capacoty drafts is something we'd be willing to put our own AHPRA number against — and you can change anything before you sign off.
Every decision starts from the practitioner's actual workflow, not a generic SaaS template. If a feature doesn't make a real OT's day better, it doesn't ship.
NDIS language exists to be understood — by participants, by planners, by support coordinators. We translate jargon into evidence, we don't amplify it.
Your judgement signs the report, not ours. Capacoty assembles the structure, the scoring, the line items — you decide what's right for the participant in front of you.
Whether you're an OT looking for a faster way to write reports, a practice owner trying to give your team their evenings back, or a planner curious about what we're building — we'd love to hear from you.
